What is the best synthetic automotive oil, oil filter, air filter, and spark plugs for a ford F-150 XLT V8?

I dont have 4WD, I have only 2WD. I need to get the oil changed and filter changed along with the other things listed. I wanted to know what is the best for all of those to increase gas mileage?

If you have not ALWAYS used synthetic, dont change to synthetic. I prefer Mobile One synthetic, fram filters, and Motorcraft spark plugs. Taller than stock tires will help improve gas mileage on the highway only. Around town you will get worse mileage
