FZ-16 performance increase!!!!!!?

have a fz and i consider it dump in case of performance.I have added castrol power 1 racing pure synthetic engine oil and it reached 123km/hr on noida expressway!!But its speed get stilled on 98.I want a 1000-2000 rupees modification except k & n

If you have experienced lack of power and speed as a result of RPM;s, you may have reached the machines rev limiter...the more air you can get in the carburetor's, the more gas the machine can process..You need 10 parts of air to every one part of fuel
