What type of car seat/booster do you use for 50 lb child in a minvan with only lap belts in...?

I have a 1988 Dodge Caravan that has only lap belts in the back seats, and a carseat that uses 5-point harness until 40 lbs, then uses shoulder/lap belt combo to secure child. Suggestions?
